“We have an on-site chef who provides freshly prepared healthy meals daily. Our meals incorporate five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. We endeavour to provide an alternative option to include children with varied dietary requirements.”

We are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles early. As part of our child care sessions we offer healthy meal plans catered to individual dietary requirements. We provide children with a minimum of a five a day meal plan, promoting healthy eating, balanced diets and the opportunity to explore new foods.

We understand the importance of incorporating healthy eating early to aid growth and development. We are also happy to provide parental advise on balanced diets.
